Heya everyone, as a special treat, I'll be teaching everyone how to make Firefox load web pages lightning quick by making a few minor tweaks!! These tweaks will allow you to increase the maximum simultaneous connections per page for faster browsing in Firefox. Follow the following steps in order (duh):
1. Open Firefox
2. In the address bar at the top, type: about:config
3. If a page opens asking if you want to continue, press the button to continue
4. In the filter area, type: network
5. Double click network.http.pipelining and set it to TRUE
6. Double click network.pipelining.max.requests to set the value from 4 to something higher (I recommend 10)
7. Next filter for: nglayout
8. Look for nglayout.initialpaint.delay. If it is there, double click on it and change its value from 750 to 0.
If it isn't there then right click on the page > new > string. Name it: nglayout.initialpaint.delay and set it's value to 0.
